Teachers, How Does Your Morale Compare to Others in Your State? Take This Quiz

Teachers, you know how you feel about your job, but can you quantify it? Do you know if your morale is higher or lower than your peers?
Here’s your chance to find out and possibly receive a complimentary yearlong digital subscription to Education Week. Keep reading for more details!

The EdWeek Research Center has developed the Teacher Morale Index, a measure of teachers’ enthusiasm that is based on how educators describe their current state of morale, their morale a year ago, and their expectations for their morale a year from now.

Take this quiz—and answer the same three questions put to a nationally representative sample of more than 2,500 teachers in a survey last fall. You’ll get your own Teacher Morale Index score that you can compare to the overall score for teachers nationally and the overall score for teachers in your state. (Go deeper on the Teacher Morale Index and its methodology here.)

Three lucky winners will be chosen to receive a complimentary yearlong digital subscription to Education Week after completing the quiz.
